Of course – personalising garments is one of the best things about printing your own designs, and our design studio is a great way to create custom prints from anywhere. From custom printed gifts to freelancer uniforms, you can keep it personal.
We have lots of different routes you can go down for printing onto garments: screen printing, digital printing and embroidery for an alternative method. Let’s break them down:
Screen Printing is great for large quantity orders for licensed fashion wholesale, custom merchandise for promotional events and more. The results are durable, vibrant and consistent with our automated machinery. If you’re looking for bulk orders with versatile printing options and effects that can be turned around quickly, then screen printing is likely the best option for you.
If you’re looking for an option with no minimum order quantity or set-up fees, though, then you may want to go for digital printing options. These include direct to garment printing and direct to film printing. Our clients opt for this method when sampling concept approvals, trialling new design drops or creating one of a kind personalised garments. We’ve introduced our design studio, which is a great way to order your digital prints online. Choose your blanks, design your print or upload your artwork using our editor (see our artwork guide for file types) and leave the rest to us!
If it’s embroidery that you’re looking for, then we offer that too. Embroidery is popular with those looking for professional, personalised uniforms, adding embellishments to their printed merchandise and more. Get in touch for a custom quote if you’re looking for embroidery options.

For screen printing, we allow up to 9 colours for our orders. Each individual colour of ink is placed onto each individual screen – layering your design and transferring it onto your garment through the mesh panel. See more in our Ultimate Screen Printing Guide
When it comes to digital printing including DTG and Heat Transfers, your colour options are endless. We have no maximum colour count, because digital printing utilises alternative colour processing for printing.
Yes – Contact the team for a quote.
We do not currently have an online ordering system for embroidery products, but we will respond to emails and form submissions as soon as we can. Try to include as much detail as possible in your enquiry.
Garments will arrive according to shipping procedures, selections and weight limitations. Small orders will either arrive in a mailer polybag or small box.
Bulk orders or orders over a certain quantity will arrive in standard boxes.
If you want your garments finished (folding, polybag, swing tags/barcoding etc) then this will incur a small fee and MOQs may apply for garment finishing services. Get in touch for garment finishing services and enquiries.
No – we separate artwork for you which is included in the screen price as part of the set up fee per screen.
We can take already separated artwork by request, however this does not provide a reduction on the standard set up fee.
This does not apply to digital printing, as artwork does not need to be separated.
When we silkscreen print onto a dark coloured garment, an ‘underbase’ is essentially a layer of white ink that acts as a base for your other colours to sit on and layer over. This will ensure the vibrancy and crisp quality of your colours and print are kept to a high quality regardless of the blank garment colour.
We have a dedicated artwork guide for more detailed instructions, but the most important steps are below:

We do everything we can to ensure these values are at the forefront of our work ethic and decision-making as our business grows. Some procedures we have had in place from the start, and will not change, are:
Recycling any misprints, using them as cleaning rags and testers for printing.
Volunteering to SMETA approved annual audits that ensure we are following the ethical base code.
Investing in our team, ensuring pay is fair, equal, and reflects the national minimum wage and changes in the economy.
Enrolling our staff onto career development courses and supporting progression in the business.
Donating overstock or surplus blank garments to charities which will utilise and distribute them effectively.
Keeping recycling points around production areas and ensuring waste is disposed of and separated responsibly.
There is no denying that the apparel industries have increasing amounts of pressure to reduce excess waste, follow sustainable practices and create ethical working environments.
We’re proud to take steps to provide sustainable options to our customers when ordering blanks and to show our support for garment companies taking steps to do the same.
We have access to sustainable options at trade pricing, such as Stanley/Stella blank garments.
With all apparel, you want to ensure that the products you’re purchasing and distributing are durable and will not decrease in quality with multiple wash cycles. Using simple steps to ensure your prints stay crisp will keep your products fresh (and clean):
Wash your screen printed garments at cool temperatures
Ideally hand wash only
Do not tumble dry
Do not iron
Turn garments inside-out when washing
Teesh does not take responsibility for prints that may become altered due to wash faults. See our terms and conditions.
